Hi,

I'm looking for the best solution for my site. I'd like to have monthly subscription option and sell individually option for my customers like newbielink:http://depositphotos.com/subscribe.html [nonactive]

Could anyone suggest me some choices? I found ktools and cmsaccount.com but not sure if they are the best choices or which one of them is the best.

Thank you in advance!

Have you sold anything through them? How are sales? Do you have to do your own marketing?

I just started there ...  no sales so far, altho I haven't been there for a month, and newb in stock overall.
Rest you can google really :)
U do ur own marketing, and u get 100% sales if bought from your own site. If not u get 80%.

Just to qualify the sales, in what period of time did you make the 4 sales? I believe you have had a SY website for a number of years. 4 sales in 4 days is awesome; 4 sales in 4 months or 4 years, not so much.

At the beginning (2 years ago) sales were very few....now I have reached a good number per month.
Anyway I  have made a lot of SEO and advertising through my professional contacts...

Hi Cathy,
My old legacy Symbiostock site was http://lifeispix.com (still alive and around 4-5 sales by year).
I decided last year to test Robin Symbiostock plugin with a new domain : http://3d-fonts.com.
My first images were online on january 2016 and my first four sales (From the same customer) happened on 2016/04/07.

legacy symbiostock by leo is great and I am still using it..

It's not about the script if you are not having sales.. it's always about the content..

and obviously there is no script on this earth that will do your marketing for you..

Yep, that's the standard answer.  ;)

Which is true :)

The script is working perfectly fine.. anyone who goes to my website can make a purchase right away..

You can try it.. it works ;)

The difficulty is to bring traffic ... only used SEO techniques, or even advertising?

The most important thing is solidarity, no matter what independent platform you're on. We are all driven to have a more stable and fair revenue stream for our work.

You mean solidarity for your profit?
You are not a benefactor.

Yes traffic/advertising is difficult. But the EU-VAT system make selling on your own platform almost impossible. Thats the main problem in my view.

you can sell your videos as downloads on Youtube (with a minimum 1000 subscribers) and Vimeo (pay service)

Last time I checked both of these services compressed the downloaded videos which is no good for stock video sales. With a few small changes Vimeo could be a great way to sell stock footage directly without a middleman.
