Title: draft your own license agreement?
Post by: mtkang on August 30, 2011, 08:40
Hi all,

I try to set up a website to sell my own images with RM and RF license.

Do you give a copy of license agreement to buyer? do you have to draft your own copy?

Thank you.

I think it would be important when you license an image to make sure an actual written license is provided to the customer, and they accept it as part of the purchase.  I bought a template for several such contracts where you can fill in the details as you wish, I do not know of the legal quality of the documents but  it has to be better than nothing. Here is where I got the templates: http://www.proposalkit.com/index.html. (http://www.proposalkit.com/index.html.)
