Do you have a free stock photo section in your store and if so, how have you implemented it?
In the digital version tab of an image you can set the original copy to be 'free' but I'd like to have just the 600px file free on some images but the larger files pay files. Also, on the original copy solution - the user doesn't even have to sign in to download the image.

I found my solution
The problem with putting a file at 0 credits is the software assumes you haven't entered anything and the prices the file at your default amount for the original file. I found if I typed in .0 credits however, the priced indeed stayed at 0
Also make sure that you have allowed customers to check out even if their cart has $0 worth of goods.

There is some changes in the way digital profiles (sizes) will work in 4.1 coming soon.
You will now be able to set a digital profile (in your example a 600px free download) and have it automatically created by the store. You can then even tell the store to watermark it or not (example a free comp but with a watermark on it).
