What would you say is the minimum amount of images one should have to make the investment (of your own stocksite) worth it?
500? 1000? Even more?
I think on one hand, you'll want to give your customers some choice, but on the other hand, who cares, as long as they find your image on Google and want to buy it. What's your opinion?

I don't think there is a set amount. Obviously, more is better because each image or keyword rich title is another chance to be found in a search, but there is no written rule that you can't make money with just a handful of files. Plus, the costs of running a site aren't that great. Like stock art, your time may be the biggest expense.

Okay. I'm thinking of using either Ktools or CMSaccount's Photo Video Store Script.

currently using cmsaccount and it is pretty good.. not perfect, but I like it..
as cory said, there is no minimum amount, there is just "putting up whatever you have" and trying to create an additional source of income from what you already have..

Okay, thanks.
Which one is easier/more customizable? Ktools or CMSaccount?

never tried ktools but from the looks of it, and from what people said, ktools' newer versions are easier to customize.. but I don't think ktools is worth "twice the price" of cmsaccount..
cmsaccount is too good for the price..
