Another group I subscribe to had someone asking what's up with printroom, they aren't getting paid. I did a search. Seems that the same complaint in 2008, another thread on Sportshooter 2009, somewhere in 2010 (that the CEO says financial problems, but they go backing, it's solved) And now July 2012. I didn't do a deep search.

Anyone use them? Having problems or is everything smooth and there are just some vocal complaints for a majority of happy people.

Also interesting was pretty much the top alternate suggestion, which was SmugMug. I guess that one has happy customers?
