Title: $3000 bench mark
Post by: miketea on March 10, 2015, 02:55
Did anyone see a notable rise in income when they hit that $3000 dollar mark or did it not make much difference?

I've almost reached it

I hit the $3000 last October and there's been little change in monthly income. I guess Xmas and the new year hasn't helped but sales are lower than last year across the board. Nice to see the higher rates though and good luck.

Yes, $.02 increase per sub sale, but the royalty for ODs goes up quite a bit. Since those OD sales seem to be increasing these days, that can add up to a good bit more per month.

Its not 2 cent, its 3 cent, its 2 cent at the 10K level.

0-500 : 25 cent
500 - 3000 : 33 cent (8 cent up)
3000- 10000 : 36 cent (3 cent up)
10000 and > : 38 cent (2 cent up)

You should see a 9% increase overall.

True. I should have caught that!

It was only noticeable with OD sales, but even then, the increase in RPD can easily be offset by less sales, so all in all, you won't really notice it.

Yes you get a raise across the board. Amount and percentages vary.

$500 - $3,000         $0.33    $1.07    $2.48    $28.00    25% of sale price received (up to $100)
$3,000 - $10,000    $0.36    $1.17    $2.70    $28.00    28% of sale price received (up to $112)

3c a sub, 10c OD SM/M, 22c Any size OD, ELs no raise, 3% Single or Two, OD, or any product not listed. And 28% "based on sale price received." for special licenses.

Depending on the type of sale, 3% to  9% increase.  Based on the same sales volume you should make 3 - 9% more!  8)
