i cant believe that everyone comes over here to complain about this when in a matter of seconds on the SS Bugs forum they could get an answer!

There is a known issue in regards to the automated confirmation email(s) of recently reviewed batches. We are currently working to resolve this issue at this time.

As a reminder, you may log into your contributor account at any time at http://submit.shutterstock.com in order to check the Status of Your Images. Under the “Stats” tab, click on "Status of Submitted Photos", go to "Rejected photos", and choose the corresponding batch. All of the reasons will be listed there.

Once more information is available, I or another member of our staff will post an update here.

It's probably because we've all been lobotomised.

 

I see, that explains why those mere seconds turned into a seven day wait for an answer from SS in the Bugs forum. On this one we were lucky, many of the questions in that forum get no response at all from SS or at best platitudes that deny or ignore the real issues.

It's fixed. Last batch ( 29/03 ) was reviewed today, and I receive an email confirming that. Images on DB already ( one sold )... They are working very well
