Title: "The verification word does not match the image."

Has anyone else been unable to download the 1099? I download the verification pdf, type in the word (yes, case sensitive) and enter my account password in the other spot, and get "The verification word does not match the image."   Tried many times and yes, I've sent a message to support.   

Update:   Had to log in again and start all over - then it worked.

Even with the scrambled look, copy and paste works. Just in case anyone wants to make their life even easier.  :)
