I usually receive on 6-7. So for me 12 is late.

I think the point that is being made, is that they say they will pay out by the 15th, so as long as you get the payment on or before the 15th, then it's not late. Although it's definitely 'later than usual'.

It used to come on the 7th of each month like clockwork but lately it gets further and further away towards their "official" deadline on the 15th...

So if you turned up an hour early for work everyday and turned up one day 1/2 hour early would you expect to be disciplined for being 1/2 hour "late"

its not late, it was later. it couldnt have been late, because its only late after the 15th. if you got paid on the 9th for 5 years, and then it came on the 10th, its still later, but not late. but we are quibbling over semantics now

I know its a trivial point but I do get fed up that every month, on about the third, we get people coming on here stressing about the SS payment. As far as I remember its never been late (in general)  and as such is about the only thing that is reliable in Mstock.
