Hey guys,

I logged into SS today to see that 9 out of 10 images on my last application were approved !

I made it

My thanks go out to everyone here on MSG that has given me advice over the last few months in order to help make this happen.

How many sales till now?

You should be getting them as soon as your images get online

Everyone's mileage varies Mark, but I can tell you Shutterstock has risen to 50% of my portfolio earnings. Not even the mighty IStock comes close to matching them for me. June is already off to another roaring start.

I do have a portfolio on SS (currently 122 images approved)

I am sorry for the error with the SS portfolio link icon. I had it trying to read my login name instead of my member number (operator input error

The SS link to my portfolio should be working properly now.

Congratulations!

I submitted my first batch to SS last night and got destroyed! 0/10! 7 of the images had been approved by iStock already! It's good to see that patience does indeed pay off. Keep up the good work!

yeah, different sites like different things.. you gotta decide which site to 'play' for and work based on that... or, try and please them all which ends up being a lot of work.
