Got mine today. Shutterstock says that payment will be issued between the 7th and 15th of a month, so there is no reason to assume that there is any bug before that date has passed.

Not got mine yet. Paypal, over the minimum,tax info up to date, no refunds, correct Paypal address in my account. Does say the 15th officially (even though it never is) so will give it a week and drop them a line.

Me too....I think once I didn't get paid till bang on 15th. So long as the money is sitting there I'm not going worry just yet.

Not you, Zebra... the top listed name is always (well, should be) the person being quoted. Ok, he did remove the email bit and the 'reset to zero', but he had already mentioned those in the thread. I guess imitation is the highest form of flattery, but still... slightly weird!

Whoops made the school boy error of forgetting the date on my Tax form is in US rather than UK format.....so will have to wait for my coffee till next month. :o

So Oregon is guilty again, even for you forgotten tax form. Poor oregon, blamed for everything. And he is doing fantastic job securing great revenues for all of us contributors. poor oregon rocks!
I mean he did say it was his own fault, and at no point blamed Oregon. Or any other of the 47 contiguous states for that matter.

As far as people assuming not getting paid is a bug......
I have been submitting for a long time and this is the first time I have not been paid during a payout cycle. I have contacted support and have been told there was an error and unfortunately I'll be paid in the next cycle by June 15.
I have seen in the forums that this seems to be going on since around January...this should be concerning to us all.
Making multiple payments a month wouldn't be typical business practice. Yes they say by the 15th of the month but most companies give a range of dates to account for any delays.

Just got an email technical error will pay you June 15... Something doesn't add up. It is MY money you are withholding and a technical glitch doesn't take a month to fix!!

They aren't going to bend over backwards by doing a special run for us not good but I wouldn't read more than that into it.

I agree. They have an automated payout once a month and they aren't going to go out of their way to do a special payment. I do hope they actually fix the error and keep on top of it unlike they have since this first started happening back in January or potentially even earlier. I'm more concerned that this has happened twice to at least one person's account.
