Not got mine yet. Paypal, over the minimum, reset to zero, got the email saying my earnings had been calculated, tax info up to date, no refunds, correct Paypal address in my account. Does say the 15th officially (even though it never is) so will give it a week and drop them a line.

Haven't been paid yet either. They should pay before the 15th so they're not overdue, but usually it appears in my Paypal no later than the 7th of the month.

Highly unlikely. Q4 results will be out tomorrow, but they made more profit in Q3 2020 than the whole of 2019, so they're not short of a bob or two!

Have you got yours now? Have you contacted them if not?
My payment is not with me till now, and they said it won't be with me till next month's payday...

I did not get payment either, I contacted them and and they have respond this:

"It appears that there has been a delay with some payments this month, and a lot of contributors still haven't been paid yet. Provided your payment account settings are correct, funds should be forthcoming by the 15th."
Let's hope that will get our money till monday.

This combined with the huge number of large value amendments people are reporting looks either like large scale fraud they're still trying to fix or the level reset utterly screwing up their systems.

Either is shameful. Delaying payment due to their mistakes.

I received the same response from online support. But these are from fellow contributors and they don't work for SS, so I guess we'll have to wait until Monday to find out.

This is ridiculous. They reported an amazing Q4, bought Turbosquid, cut the earnings, levels and now they just can't pay in time? Their greed and instability is really beyond the line! Why do SSTK still have this price?
It's good that I have Adobe and some others backing me up.

one glitch & conspiracies come out of the woodwork! they missed a payment -- likely due to a software problem. such systems usually aren't setup to run a unique payment & it would take longer to fix the software than to just combine payments.

no need to ascribe sinister intent - would there be the same response if this happened with adobe?

Seriously? I was with them from 2004 until last year when I deleted and closed. NOT ONCE did they miss or be late in paying. They gave until the 15th, but I can’t remember a time when they didn’t pay the first week of the month, soon after the pmt calc email came.

I’m going with greed. All those huge salaries at the top are bleeding them dry. But really, weren’t the pay cuts and the Jan. reset warning enough that shite was coming? SMH

I checked our records, and unfortunately the payment for your January earnings did not successfully go through due to a technical error. It will be automatically reissued in the February payment cycle and you should expect to receive it by March 15. I just checked my tax form at SS.

It was approved january 2018, and according to the FAQ valid for 3 years. So it expired january 2021.

Maybe that explains why I haven't been payed yet in february? There has not been any notification from SS about the expired tax form, even though the FAQ say they will notify.

I have filled out a new tax form now, and it has been approved.

Maybe. But it's definitely not our case.

I got official response from support too. SS will pay next month. And now I am not sure, how to pay rent this month. Luckily, I have some backup until iStock payout. But now I will have to delay all big payments, taxes, etc.
Well, a good preparation to live without SS's piece of pie. Which will come soon.

As I understand, if you are not a US citizen, the tax form can't expire on January of the year because:
