Title: Approved Files Still In Pending Tab

Lately on SS, I've noticed that some of my approved video files are simultaneously in the "reviewed" tab and in the "pending" tab.

This has happened to about 4 or 5 of my files over the past week or so.  And it still remains this way days after "review".

An example is this ID #: 3627298463. This clip is shown as "reviewed/approved", but yet is still in the "pending" area.  These files "lost in limbo" are not viewable on the customer-facing site, despite being "approved" days ago.

I should also note that the thumbnail is blank in the "reviewed/approved" area, but the thumbnail is normal in the "pending" section for this clip.

Anyone else seeing this?

A few weeks ago, I experienced an issue where one of my clips was rejected due to intellectual property concerns. I believe their AI system reviewed and rejected that clip, while the other clips submitted at the same time were placed in the "reviewed" and "pending" tabs without any thumbnails. The situation was resolved automatically after a couple of days.

Yeah I had this happen recently but it resolved itself.
