Hi there,
I noticed on SS that when I go in my own galery it shows me pictures in oreder with those with most downloads first, but some pictures that have 0 downloads (2 of them to be percise) are showing before some some of pictures with one download. And it is always same two pictures.
Is it possible that it is some king of bug in galery showing or SS didn't show me those 2 downloads?

Thanks for links but I think this is something a little bit different, 2 same pictures are always in zone with pictures with 1 download, and new pictures are coming bellow them. If all new pictures were showing up in the top I wouldn't rise a question but like this I have my suspects (maybe unreasonable) that thay didn't showed me those 2 downloads. I now that is only 2 downloads and probably like 50 cents but since I'm new here and if this is real problem that could easly become 20 or 200 pictures soon as number of downloads rises.
I woul try to contact Shutterstock directly but I have sent them message directly once before (about two weeks ago) and I never got an answer.

I just remembered that I can search for them in undiscovered folder in my gallery and they are not there, and I didn't got any money from them or seen any download reports.
I also checked money delay part (I'm not sure how it works) and it's empty, no delayed earnings.
So does anyone has any explanation for this?
