Title: can't get onto shutterstock

Part of yesterday and all today it is just rejecting my normal password and just refreshing the log in page.  Is it just me or is the submitter area down?

I haven't had any trouble with it today or yesterday.  Maybe it is you... maybe it has to do with where you are.

Veinglory, here is what I did (copy below of the message I posted on the SS forum, I put on bold what seems to be important).  Hope that it can help you.   If you're not using Firefox, then it may be something else.

Regarding the access problem, i did the drastic thing: close all the windows, clear all the cookies, history, cache, etc. and shut down the computer to erase the remnant glitches from the past which were virtually memorized somewhere. And it worked, all the pages are accessible now. Whew!

The Shutterstock server seems to be having some problems today, none of my pages have refreshed since earlier today, which is really strange. There is a thread in their forums and apparently the same thing is happening to everyone there. I suspect the difficulty you are having has something to do with this. Just hope the buyers can still get in.

... all night last night, what a grand waste of my time.  I tried loading a large batch several times up until midnight EST.  I'd get about 2 minutes into the load and that "Proxy" error popped and crashed the site.  I too thought it might be me, tried dumping the cache, reboot and all.  Didn't matter, crashed 2x more.
