Hi, Since a few weeks I can't upload anymore. The 'submit for preview' button doesn't work. And the one time it did, I had to change and edit my submission (but I had no faults in my submission) and when I tried to change things it didn't work. Keywords disappear and Shutterstock doesn't reply to my mail (almost a week now). I work with them since 2006 but it is really bad now. Anyone else having uploading problems?

Works fine for me.  I use firefox v.51.01 browser have found that sometimes this sort of thing happens with some browsers and not others.  You might try changing browsers.

My uploads are taking forever to be reviewed though.  Been over 4 days for some.  Had been much quicker lately before this batch.

Maybe try Xpiks, I've never had a problem with it and it's so easy to use.

Yes, it's what I always use. It's free. You just need your FTP code and you're good to go. Just a warning in case it happens to you... I can't click to upload, I have to drag and drop... just a little fault for some reason.

Thanks! The problem is not the uploading but the submitting. I have the photos waiting in line to be submitted but there it goes wrong. I haven't heard from Shutterstock after writing two emails explaining the problem with screenshots. Ah well, I will submit them elsewhere. Their loss.....

I use Xpiks everyday but for some reason it got stuck in my head that on SS you can only upload videos over ftp.
