I am having trouble uploading JPEGs that are around 4mb and yet I have been able to upload JPEGs around the 3mb size. I have tried a Tiff but that is too large for them. I am at a loss :(
WARNING We couldn't read the following files, so they were ignored. If you're using a special image format, try using a standard one like JPEG, TIFF, or EPS. If that's not the problem, make sure your files end with a standard extension like .jpg, .tif, or .eps.

I just tested with a 6mb jpg file and had no problems.

I had trouble with a particular group of files that wouldn't upload by FTP the other day, but they loaded OK on the site uploader. I don't know what it was about them that the system didn't like.

I've had no problem uploading files via FTP. The biggest file I've uploaded recently was more than 22MB. My advice would be to try again and see if it works better this time.

Hiya
I got the same error message - some in a batch were fine - some weren't. I simply re-uploaded them and it was fine. They ranged from 3.5-4.5mb. I put it down to a glitch?
Only just happened about an hour ago...

I emailed SS as well, but it seems to have been fixed.

All seems fine now except sales have halted in the last 24 hours. I hope I get over the $70 threshold so I get paid as I am currently at $69.62, my highest month yet.
