Title: Categories for illustrations- please help me

Which category must choose for illustrations?
I have anatomy illustration, may I choose 2 categories: "illustrations/clipart" and ""Healthcare/medical"?
Please, answer as soon as possible, because I want to finish aplication.

You must check "Illustration", and one of two categories must be "illustrations".
