It's frustrating. Has anyone experienced approved for Commercial Use clips not showing up in your catalog or in the whole SS website? I can't find four of my recent videos showing driving in storm in different Manchester places approved on different dates in May and one in June and still can be seen in approved content with ID numbers given not showing up whereas other clips from same or later batches can be found everywhere. These four shot from car in storm, other clips are of different themes but include driving too.

SS Help advised me and I found them in Data Catalog even they were accepted for Commercial Use and supposed to be visible by everyone. Shutterstock tricked me and probably others to believe that those files will be on sale as regular ones. Does anybody know how to push them through?

On the clips that are accepted only for sale in the Data Catalog it is written so. It cannot be that your clips are accepted for commercial sales, but they are in the Data Catalog and you do not see them.
Previously there was a problem on the site, the video appeared in the catalog and on the site only after several weeks. Then SS fixed this problem.
In any case, you need to constantly contact SS support, and not conduct a dialogue with all sorts of volunteers who are just authors and cannot solve anything.

Yes, I confirm that they accepted for Commercial use, but directed to Data Catalog and I deleted them all and opted out completely from images too. They used to be marked for Data Licencing, but these last ones were not and before clips used to be marked clearly that they were not accepted for Commercial. Anyway, my question is it possible to push those files through review somehow as this kind of clips sell on other sites from time to time.

Make some minor changes to the video, change the file name and upload it again to SS.

Unfortunately that means they have not been accepted for commercial use, but for data licensing only.

Shutterstock just sneakyly removed the notice that would tell you that they have been accepted for the data catalogue only from your "recently reviewed" tab and now the only way to know whether they ended up in your normal catalogue or the data cataloge is by seeing whether they show up in your portfolio or not.

I know this from Shutterstock support, though they told me the message not showing up was an "error". But seeing as this hasn't been fixed in over 2 weeks now, while this is something so minor that it should take seconds to "fix", I am not buying it and think it's intentional.
