Title: Clips not processed, is it only me?

Some of my clips, via ftp, have not been processed for a few days. Some smaller sized ones got through. Normally they would have been ready for indexing after a few hours.

I have written to SS, but not sure if I have the correct email address. No reply has been received yet. What is the correct support email?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Same thing is happening to me. For every 10 clips 2 seem to vanish into thin air. Been like this for a month or so now. Really annoying.

same here.... uploading to Shutterstock is a nightmare (http://video-stock.org/uploading-process-to-shutterstock-stock-agency-is-a-nightmare/)
