I can't seem to access the contributor dashboard on both my desktop and app. Anyone else having the same issues?

Being a microstock contributor, we are all constantly living in fear. At least I am

1. Fearing our account got blocked
2. Fear of overnight alogorithm changes
3. Fear of overnight royalty cut
4. Fear of getting "Exciting email"

I don't know, I'm probably wrong, time will tell.. But I don't know why I feel Shutterstock doesn't have long to live.
I wouldn't mind that very much at first. The fact that about 90% of my sales are $0.10 would make me glad to at least not see them anymore. Plus Adobe now brings in substantially more revenue than SS. At this point, if I worked with another agency that brought me the same revenue as Adobe, I'd leave the others without a second thought.
On the other hand, if the rest of the agencies "die" Adobe will have no choice but to start with those $0.10 or even less (like iStock for example).

We'll see.

Maybe we all got blocked by SS because we disapprove their policy.

To be more inclusive in their corporate value, they will share the amazing news that any person criticizing their policy will be kicked out of the website.

...it is becoming annoying, so often the contributor's site is down, while the sell's site is running smoothly... from a distance one can say - contributors are less important for SS now than buyers...

From the moment John broke his word about lifetime referral royalties, Shatterstock's loyalty to contributors can be forgotten. And all subsequent changes at Shutterstock confirm this.

The Contributor Dashboard is working fine on my Mac but not on my phone. On my phone, neither the app nor the web site will load. I keep getting invalid password/userid even though I verified that I was using the right one.

Update: reset the password and everything is working now.

Same for me. After I reset the password it was ok.

Now works correctly. But the sales are way down.
