Title: SOLVED: Different or wrong commissions on sub downloads? (NO, they are correct.)

SOLVED; MY MISTAKE.

I noticed something strange.
That days with the same number of sub downloads did noy yeild the same amount in dollars if there were ods on the same day.
An example:  march 06 I had 23 sub dls, which payed: 7,22. That is not 0.38 pr download but 0,31 and 1,52 less than 8,74 as it should be. The same day I had both ods and sods.

So what does that mean, that some of the sods and ods are subscriptions or taken out of the subsales.
????
How about you, is it only me, and do you know about this, and am I just late in finding out?

I don't check those numbers, but just did a quick check for a few days in March and everything looked correct as a multiple of 38 cents on the subs downloads.

I'm not aware of anything other than the crap going on at Bigstock where there's a variable rate for subs downloads for a given sales level at SS. Have you contacted support?

Are you looking in the right place? The number on the Earnings Summary page is the total number of DL, including ODS and SODS. The number of subs is on the Earnings by Date page. Just a thought, as you are saying this only happens when there are ODS and SODS
