Title: Do SS ever respond to emails/messages??

Hi,
I have messaged SS twice now regarding some image submissions and they have failed to reply to me both times.  Is this usual?  I didn't realise that they were this poor at replying!  Is there any other way of contacting them?

Is it something regarding image reviews? Probably they don't respond to those emails since contributors are allowed to resubmit rejected content now. Just my guess.

They responded me within hours yesterday when I complained about their image preview system.

I didn't get a personal response. Maybe they were just overwhelmed by our complaints?!  :D
