Title: Downloads without keywords?

How exactly do people who download from shutterstock download images without using keywords? I've been browsing the "image gallery stats" on shutterstock and found that most of my downloads had no downloads per keyword. How does this work, or is it some kind of error?

My first guess was that they found my other image in search and then entered my gallery but since I had no gallery views lately and I still get downloads with no keywords I think its probably some kind of bug. Don't know. But I have always wondered what's going on there so if anyone have answer I would like to hear it too.

click through, direct links, referrals, similar images, portfolio browsing, so many possibilities
