Title: Earning summary only shows March 2019 sale. Anyone else?

My portfolio is showing only March Sale in earning summary. There is no payment information. Anyone else is also experiencing the same?

The past earning is not in total earning. The unpaid earning total is only of March 2019. It does not include past unpaid earning. I have opened a ticket.

Don't worry, it's normal. The next week you will receive payment of the "missing" royalties from the previous month/s.

I realize, for lost royalty it may be in payments, although it does not show in payment history. Will wait to see.

What you are seeing is what happens every month.

That is what you get if you click on the link "Learn more" by your unpaid earnings on your dashboard.

Shutterstock has many failings, but they have never missed paying me, or paid the wrong amount, since 2004

Shutterstock have brought this entirely on themselves.

Yes I am experiencing this every month for the last 10 years :D

It's normal it happens every month you can select different months or years from the date boxes they are drop down menus.
