remove any reference to festival in the caption, desc (but leave in keywords) & re submit.  I do this with food shots at street fairs 

your other examples are just the luck of the draw on reviewer - I just had a series of shots of a hilltop village, different angles, etc - some accepted, some rejected as 'need editorial', all with same content

If it's any consolation, I'm positive that people are downloading some of my Editorial images and using them for other purposes. It's not a kiss of death to downloads to have them designated Editorial. Probably doesn't help, but in the end the buyer determines the use.

What cascoly said... don't put specifics in the description, I get the feeling that some reviewers see a town name and bam, you get a rejection. It's wrong but with reviews outsourced to the lowest pay sector, it seems things are more and more random. We care, they don't.
