Hello All,
Is there a problem with uploading vectors to SS ?
I have uploaded eps file with corresponding jpg file many times and everytime get the message error :
All vector images must be accompanied by JPG images with the same name.
Does anyone got this , or it's working normal ?

happening here now.
It was working fine few hours back.

Cannot even upload photos this morning...

SHUTTERSTOCK SORT OUT UPLOADING. I DON'T HAVE ANY MORE TIME FOR THIS SH*T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are meant to be a tech company. How can they not have sorted this out?! instead it seems to be getting worse. Tired of repeatedly trying to upload the same images when I could be creating more content.

Still not fixed!!!! Still getting repeated errors, including "storage system unreachable". Have they no interest in fixing this?
