Hi there,
I noticed that 'similar images' panel works totally wrong showing images similar by colors but not by content. For example, for this my image https://www.shutterstock.com/ru/pic-480829915/stock-photo-human-papillomaviruses-on-surface-of-skin-or-mucous-membrane-a-virus-which-causes-warts-located-mainly-on-hands-and-feet-some-strains-infect-genitals-and-can-cause-cervical-cancer-3d-il.html?src=aexXzQVXFYC1cEdI7CpqzQ-1-5 [nofollow] (Human papilloma virus which causes warts) it gives set of 'similar' images with purple berries and flowers. If some person is searching for a similar virus, he gots nothing information from such 'similar images'. The same with all my other images. I wrote to SS support but there is no reaction.
Does anybody also notice this?

I believe SS uses software that identifies visually similar images not by context  so I think you are stuck with it.

Yes, I also think so, but some time ago everything worked correctly, so this change is not a good change.

I think thats actually good. At least SS wont show similar photos from your competition :)

Fortunately, my topic is rather specific and there are no so many competitors. Mostly 'similar images' were directing to my own similar images :)

Well, SS still shows photos from the "same artist" and they can go to your port and check the rest of the files. But I agree with you , showing flowers for similars is fail on their part.

Yep I do wonder if SS is the best site for you aren't there some more specialist sellers?

I think you are correct. It's visually similar images not keyword similar images. This is the fancy AI search they have been bragging about. I don't think it's really intelligent, unless it's learning.
