3rd try and I'm in. Woohoo !

My advice to anybody who want to apply there : go around the forum to get info about the submission process there. It's a bit particular. A couple hours of research can save you the 2 months I wasted (1 month delay between each "try").

I'm uploading right now, and hope I'll experience the famous "shutterstock newbie effect" !!!

Man, that was more exciting than an EL sale

Congratulations and good luck! I've heard that the newbie effect is not that strong anymore, but I hope that proves to be wrong in your case!

That's the Disneyland fairy-tale version of SS.

You'll enjoy at most few days of "newbie effect", unless you have several hundreds of good photos waiting to be uploaded. Do you have them? No? Then don't be dissappointed if the sales drop drastically in the first week. You have to keep working hard nonetheless, sales these days don't come up that easy.

I just have about 150 photos uploaded, with limited stock interest... Hopefully the newbie effect will last more than half a day
