There's a buyer on SS, who buys just to refund. It depends on the portfolio, I did not have such sales first. But now I do and I started to track it.
In November I have 8 refunds - all of it was made by this guy. All purchases were refunded the next day except for weekends, which I believe is due to SS accounting dept working hours. Actually, I believe he refunds it immediately after downloading.
First, I've read about it on local forum. There's definitely more people affected. And most of the writers had much more damage than in my case.
They already wrote to support and today I did the same. This is an obvious fraud and it must be stopped.
