Title: FTP'ing to shutterstock ... problems

Anyone having troubles ftp'ing to shutterstock.  I keep getting 'critical transfer error' in my ftp browser :(

Me too.  I finally gave up and just use the Active X transfer instead.

Hmmm just uploaded 30 to them about 1/2 hr ago and all went smooth

not sure if this was yourp roblem SStevenson or not, but i think i managed to fix mine.

Shutterstock only accept alpha-numeric file names... so brackets are not allowed, and apprently neither is the ` key (backwards '  key)

now this is driving me bonkers :(

how to i rename 48 files quickly whithout having brackets in them.  If i select them all and click rename, xp automatically makes all the images name as:  filename(#).jpg

FastStone has a free photo resizer that will also change names in batches.  It's a neat little program.
