They are working blindly and have messed up a lot of things.
I have lost nearly 50% of my earning and SS don't want to care and do anything about it.

What really hurts is, there is no decrease in subscription package or any rebate in customer side, they have increased their own commission which makes me cry with a question why, why and why?

I have seen those 10 free images message earlier and it clearly says "The 10 free images are yours to keep regardless of whether you continue or cancel your annual plan."
What more to expect?

This industry is a sinking boat and SS will die at first.

They are taking money from you and giving it to anybody who applies for the 10 free images.

Yes, the industry is a sinking boat. SS started to sink it and they will go down one day, but it may take some time. Just enough time for Oringer to sell the company before inflicting more damage to the agency and image creators.

The 10 free images plan is simply to entice customers into paying for a subscription after the free month expires.

You may not agree (neither do I), but most agencies have offers like that, nothing special.

SS is complicit in destroying the industry, but unfortunately they will not die first. They're too big. The smaller agencies who can't compete in this price war, will die first.

They are taking money from you and giving it to anybody who applies for the 10 free images.

No, the money taken from us is going directly to shareholders and upper management.

You are correct, SS will not die first.. they have destroyed all the scope for smaller agencies.
I am seeing daily low sales which hurts. I now hate the agency I used to love.  :(

Started working on a backup plan now.

Please advise the location of this text. It's highly irregular and one could argue that this implies a transfer of copyright.

Thanks - is it just me or is it not completely wrong to say things like this: "The 10 free images are yours to keep regardless of whether you continue or cancel your annual plan."

It's not yours to keep. It's not your copyright. It's yours to use. Or you get to keep the license for its use.

Its not just you. They are giving away things that dont belong to them. Typical.

it's possible the TOS includes text that says we agree to allow SS to use images for promotional purposes w/o paying royalties
