Just slightly undercutting Shutterstock Premier pricing. Not sure what this means for Getty contributors. More sales? Lower commissions?

Well, if they can sell more files at macro prices, I donīt think anyone is going to complain.
It is the 1 dollar or less downloads that is driving many artists to other macro marketplaces.

I just watched the on-site video. Now, finally, I understand what Shutterstock Premier is.
So
all our SS images are available that way, and that's how we get ELs or large SODs.
And the attraction for a company is that you get 1) a professional search team to wade through those bazillions of images for you and b) unlimited large comps to design with and pick from.
Is there any other benefit for either a company or a contributor?

Additional indemnity, I believe, for the buyers. For contributors, our images are able to be seen and licensed by the same large enterprises that buy from places like Getty and Corbis.

Makes sense on both counts. Thanks, Michelle!
