No,  I received an email too, but no payment. I wrote to support and they said

There have been delays with Payoneer accounts payments, we have no further news on this situation but Shutterstock are still hoping to fulfill payments as usual by the 15th.

The payment came to my Payoneer on July 4th.

Still haven't go the payment and wrote to support. Here's their answer:

You're absolutely right; in the last payout on 7/2/2024, 7:54:46 AM, the payment failed with the error message "Payee was not found". The amount does not go back to your unpaid earnings balance since your payment is scheduled to be reissued for the next payment cycle to the account in your records.

I would suggest contacting Payoneer directly and making sure that the account is active, verified, and ready to receive payments. Please share their response with us so we can further assist you.

Shutterstock is such a * show

"There has been some delay in payments to Payoneer this month due to the Payoneer server going down. We are currently seeking confirmation that the payments will be made this month"

I contacted both customer service, but no one took responsibility. Shutterstock customer service confirmed that the June payment will be made together with the July payment in August.
