...anyone else having this problem? The browser seems start getting responses from the site, but than it just hangs, and I get a "504 Gateway Time-out"

I wonder what their corporate offices look like when the site goes down? I imagine sirens, flashing red lights and people running around manning the battle stations. I would guess there are very few people in the NY office right now, though.

I guess those don't wait for anything to load, just an initial response.

I hope they do panic a bit, customers get annoyed by things like this literally in seconds. I find it a bit curious why this would happen & go on for so long in 2015. A stock site like this isn't a particularly complicated thing to run by today's standards.

It was back, now gone again.

Guess I'll be spending my time today on other sites.

At least market leaders like SS should check the servers status before working day starts. I am afraid they will also lose many potential clients due to this breakdown.  >:(

Maybe the site crashed due to the huge influx of new images. Marijuana guy tried uploading his collection of crack cocaine photos.

They may be playing ping pong or sipping on their moccha frappachinos

I picture it more like ping pong paddles being dropped and video games paused, segways and hoverboards swirling through the halls to converge on a conference room with a Starbucks popup barista and company masseuse calming nerves. Hopefully someone logs off Facebook and emails the tech team in India between vape hits, so us suppliers can get back to making our 30%.
