Newly approved photos aren't showing up properly. There is a placeholder for them, but no thumbnail and no details page image. So basically, new images are online but not visible and so not selling!!

REALLY hope they fix this bug ASAP. My whole last batch is affected. Anyone else?

Seriously? I don't mean the "my new approved pictures just don't show up" bug, which has been going for ages, where eventually they finally appear in your port after a few days or weeks.

These images DO show up right away, there are place holders for them in your portfolio - it's that the actual thumbnail is broken. And the large item preview too.

Pretty sure this is new?

Either way though, this needs fixing - and quick.

Huh, well I must have been one of the lucky ones and missed this one in the past.

My turn to moan and complain then...  ;)

Absolutely dire !!!

We're Doomed, Doomed I tell you!

What I figure is, even more than us, "they" want it fixed ASAP.  ;D  When it might cost me 33 cents, it could cost SS thousands.

Same problem with newest batch. I was kinda happy they got approved on a weekday for some sales, then go look and see that no one will buy them like that. Frustrating.

I hadn't seen this bug before either.  It seems to be running rampant with most every uploader.

Pending queue really backed up.  Hope the fix won't result in mass rejections.

Thinking, "I'll wait for a fix before uploading more?"

Exactly, we should all abandon SS, delete our portfolios there and support ALL the sites that work perfectly well - oh d@mn I forgot, they barely sell any images.

SS will sort it out as we saw that they are already working on it.

excuse me have I said that? I believe you know better than me that newest files need sales or they will be buried on searches, happy that you arent worried, next time they can pull this bug on you only ;D

I've never seen it this widespread before. I'm browsing for images this morning for a client project and I'm seeing a lot of broken thumbnails in the search results.

Scott, take your time, take all the time you need, just do me a favour and do not let your team review any images until this issue is resolved.

Thanks

You're assuming that I actually send in anything new and that any of it gets accepted anymore? No problem for me...  ::)

I don't see any bug in my portfolio?

OUCH!!! The thumbs are now broken on the World Map displaying sold images.  So... maybe sales are not affected?

And, I was right, MASS REJECTIONS from my latest backlog of pending images.   >:(

do you normally get a high acceptance rate say 70% plus on your submissions?

No.  :-[
Does anyone?

And that's why I never submit more than five images at a time anymore....My last BIG batch of 30 images had all but one rejected.  >:(And almost all were rejected for "poor lighting" reasons. Mostv taken during bright, summertime conditions. I'm finding with smaller submissions there's a higher percentage of acceptance. The problem now is, of course, others that have long since accepted the images (DP, 123RF) have been consistantly selling while those same images wait in the "still to submit" quee with SS. What do you do?

Indeed Warren and I'll send them right back.
15 rejected out of 25, what a joke. I'll play along along though, for now.
