Title: How do you deactivate a few old images?
Post by: sweetgirll on July 24, 2013, 11:32
Hi,
I would like to do some cleanup on my portfolio, some ugly old images that need to go....

On istock is easier to deactivate by image, but I can't figure out how to do it on Shutterstock.

or just use the Catalogue Manager, you can sort by whatever you want, then double click on the image and you can edit or delete it.

I've been on SS since 2009 and had a bunch of original uploads that never had sold... until this past May when 5 of them went out the door as ELs. Imagine my amazement!

+1 more.

What do I care if "the agency" is storing some never sold shot? They accepted it, I could make a sale. It costs me nothing to ignore it.

However, sometimes I get a bug and go back and alter keywords, in hope of getting a sale. That might be a better way to spend time and also deal with the dogs and dregs. Put some lipstick on those pigs!  :)
