Title: How to copy keywords from own images?
Post by: superdone on January 21, 2017, 08:34
I notice some changes on page of the photo/illustration.

Before changes, when I needed to copy keywords from an image of mine I went on image web page and I selected the keywords.

Now the keywords are not more selectable :-( This reminds me fotolia keyowrds.

How to solve the problem?

Thanks in advance

When you click on your image in the portfolio it takes you to a page where you are no longer logged in (bug or feature? don't know). However, if you find your image through "Portfolio" -> "Approval status: Images", you remain logged in and the keywords can be selected. Alternatively, if you uploaded your image on Fotolia, go to Contributor Area->My files, find your file and select the keywords.

By the way, there were indeed changes on SS recently that are quite buggy at the moment. I'd give them some time to sort them out.

The annoyed thing is that in "Portfolio" -> "Approval status: Images" you can't search for keywords but only for id. To know the id you have to search in your portfolio per id, copy the id, go to approval status......lots of work :-(

Contributor life should be make easier!

Hopefully, that will change/be fixed soon. On the other hand, many things are intentional, e.g. (and I am making a wild guess here) to protect the site from bots. "SS comes first"  8)

Not sure for you but it worked for mine.

Search by keywords or look for the image you wanted.

Double click on the image you want to copy words.

Highlight the keywords, ctrl+C is copy

open some text software like word or notepad or anything ctrl+V is paste

Now you have your words.

Go to approved status, highlight, same as above. You have your keywords.
