Big Stock and ShutterStock have always been the most fair agencies for me, and not knowing the OP, I will withhold judgement until I know more.

However, the OP is extremely well-known around here, and has been a well respected microstock photographer for over 5 years. There is absolutely no doubting his veracity. This has to be some misunderstanding, and I am certain it will be cleared up soon.
