Title: i can't change payout email in shutterstock

Hey
when i try to change payout email in shutterstock they show me this message (in attachments )
When I contacted them, they told me to send your ID card, translated into English but im in morocco i have only in my id card french and arabic
please help  :'(

I'm no expert, but I'd suggest sending them your French and Arabic ID card, translated into English. That should do it.
