25,000 may as well be 1,000,000.

I'm curious as to what percentage of contributors have sold 25K period, much less in one year - heck, there can't be too many that sell 25,000 images in a year (not impossible, mind you, but that is some rarified air...)

Ok, rant over. We now return you to your regularly scheduled programming.

I don't think there will be more than a handful of people on the top tiers, an even tinier amount getting there for any significant amount of time as we all reset on Jan 1st.

I think the tiers are supposed to push most full timers to the 30-35%. I did ask on another thread, but do you think most full time video people will be able to make the 250?

25,000 clips is nearly impossible. There are probably less than 50 contributors that sell that much.

You have to look at this differently.

The video goal numbers have been set with their new ultralow pricing in mind.

If they sell 4k video for 10 cents just like photos, of course the video volume will go up.

They have just announced a new subs for video, but that is just for small volume, right?

Try to imagine what their new corporate plans look like.

On Getty 4k video is sold for 60 cents, 13 cents, 20 cents. Of course the video volume sales there are higher.

So look at the rate card and your own sales and try to imagine - if your money staid the same...how low would the sales price have to be to reach this volume?

...only then will you understand what they really have in mind.
