Title: Illegal Characters
Post by: Uncle Pete on March 14, 2015, 13:40
This will explain what I did wrong and maybe save someone else here some time and trouble

A screen capture (actually three in one) will show better:

1) The character í is not allowed in titles.

2) Second when I sent them in again, I missed and left the character in the keywords on one of them. (plus there were past examples that passed review with that in the title?) Odd

3) When I went to edit, The system says the  was removed, but it isn't. I can click save for eternity and it won't save.

4) This is where I discovered Race or Racing were now correctly the same word. And also don't delete as redundant, as they should, until I do so manually.

Also for those of you checking on the phrase in quotes discussion, there are seven photos with "Juan Pablo Garcia" as a phrase in quotes. Mine

Once again a test of the search in quotes and without quotes, produces identical results. It's my theory and belief that quotes and phrases have no use or meaning on SS anymore.

Opposing views with proof, like screen captures of copies of results are welcome.

My test results:

Juan Pablo Garcia (no quotes) Stock Photos, Illustrations, and Vector Art (7)
Juan Pablo Garcia (in quotes) Stock Photos, Illustrations, and Vector Art (7)
