Hi all,

I'm getting a lot of internal server errors and the reachability of submit.shutterstock.com is generally quite bad today.

Anyone else got this problem?

I wrote to them, and they wrote back saying they are having some minor problems.  I don't call them minor and am a bit concerned about the security of their system.  The discussion forum has gone insane, posting multiple copies of each message--or completely crashing and going into debug mode when you try to post a message.  The logout message bug has returned, so that you never know which language you'll get on the logout button (I've seen Danish, Chinese, and Spanish).  And, there is something wrong with the upload system.  While you can upload files and they'll get reviewed, you can't get any thumbnails of the images under review.

Sales are not affected though. I seem to be getting my best day at SS so far this year.

Same problems for me!

However, as another poster said, sales seem to be unaffected.

i tried searching for images this morning and a few of the searches turned up 0 results, even though i know they had images. I think there was some database problems as well.

Searching is all wacky. Either sloooooowww, or page unreachable, or internal errors crashes you out. Made my searching a nightmare early this morning.

Has anybody had any sales on SS today?  The search engine still isn't finding my newest images.

Lots of sales. The best day so far this year, but I suspect that two customers cover more than half of it, since their are two big groups of related images.

The site is getting slower and slower for me.  I just searched for one of my photos and it is not there.  I should have several photos with that search but none of them show.

My sales are down a lot the last two days.  I am sure there is something wrong and it is a shame we are not being told what is happening.

It's slow for me today. But nothing very unusual.
Sometimes I see all day very slow and at the end of the day things pic up to more normalc values.

I've noticed Internal Server Errors twice today. This is not usual at least on my end.

There is clearly something wrong. Changes are being made to the site. I hope they have control of what they are doing. I hate losing sales because of technical glitches.
