Something funny is going on! extremely strange sales pattern today. Never experienced this.

Same here.
No sales in the morning, and a lot arrived all together in the afternoon.
Now back to normal I think.

No sales today again! This is not normal at all! I have 4.5K+ images&footages. Normally cca 40sales/day.
Last week is R.I.P. here.

Dead since friday, I have tiny numbers but this hasn't happened since I had three times less images. Also had a complete bunch from yesterday rejected for focus, also odd.

Stockmaan!!! exactly the same pattern here but with 4800 files and 700 clips and NOT a cent since last night 23.00! Also have a min of 40-50 sales per day and plenty of SOD's.
Not funny! something is wrong. Tons of screaming in their own forum.
They seem to strangel 0.38 contributors more and more . Spoken to a dozen of them earlier on and all in the same boat. Just strange!

First half of the month was great, last half is pretty much dead. It makes no sense.

In case no one else has reported it. They are having some technical problems at the moment which meant a few sales were miscalculated last month. I am guessing this is a continuation of that and it it will all be corrected at some point.

yes I know. I had a refund of 0.38c.

Everything seems to be reporting normally for me today.

How did you know about the refund - did they send you email?
I don't have any refund emails from SS and looking at my stats online, the numbers for Jan & Feb show the same totals as the two payout amounts, so I think I wasn't affected by these errors.

I got a refund email a couple days ago. It's only 2 sub sales, so it probably happened in less than 30 minutes. If people didn't get a sale in that specific 30 minutes, it probably won't affect them.

Nope the site can not be working properly. A mate of mine with a staggering portfolio of. 40.000 files and not one download for over 24 hours by now and just a normal day for him is around 300 dls.
Yes he is pissed!
