Here in the Netherlands it's working again, both the buyer side and the contributor side. And I have made sales, fortunately.

It was working for me yesterday but definitely down this morning.  Buyer side seems to be working at least.  I hope sales will still get credited correctly...

You have to ask them about it then they will send you a response.

it was down a lot..not it works not id dosen't ....with 20k photos in port today i made 20 times lower than in an average day. good job!!

Managed to get on a few time but when I have it has been very slow.

actually they've been out to lunch for weeks with sales down 50% and no SOD for weeks since forever.
for this reason, i think that is why the IT ppl suddenly wokeup from their comatose or the bosses came back from the google convention or kickback-meeting with shareholders and try damage-control.
but i don't think anyone in HO is worried about anything as summer hols are already booked and they are going off to spend their kickbacks

Am I the only one experiencing a strong sense of Déjà vu?  Only the name has changed.

I certainly hope that SS does nothing else remotely resembling what iStock did. 

Well something seems to be working. Although sub sales volume is about half the normal rate I've already had SOD's of $61 and $127 so far today.

Not that most people care, but BigStock was flaky this morning too.

I finally got in just to see that I have a 0 day. Nice!

Seems problems started from yesterday - i saw something strange with mobile app - changed last activity image, but this image didn't appear in sold images.

I refreshed the browser on my sales chart - and watched a sale disappear yesterday! Access is sporadic today and slow at best.

Subs, ODs and a footage sale. No access to the forums. Things are looking good from my perspective 

I've been with Shutterstock almost from the very beginning, about 10 years now. It's always been the most technically reliable agency, never down, never any serious glitches. During the last year or so it started to change noticeably. That combined with recent absurd image reviews could be an indication that Vogons are taking over...

The site is always buggy and it has been buggier over the last week.  Back up, but some images unavailable to buyers and the forum has pages that do not open at all.

The site goes down so often we should have a permanent thread to discuss the topic.

Maybe....Just maybe there setting up to release the new forums?

I just got home for a late lunch - I see not much has changed. Hopefully that will explain why I am showing zero sales for today and that it will all catch up later. I don't think so, though, because buyers are having trouble, too.
