It could probably be done if there was the commercial potential for doing so. I'm guessing you could isolate the DNA component that produces a narwhal's horn and intergrate it into a horse's DNA.

Stranger things are already being achieved. A farm in Wyoming is producing spider silk in commercial volumes ... from goat's milk. Read all about it;

He has been ignoring some real problems on his site for quite some time, lets see him come up with some solutions to solve those issues.
