via web upload:
"We can't accept the following files because we don't support that file type:"
all jpg files with same error

and via ftp, the half of images are mising, and the other lost the keywords and titles

somebody more with same problems?

thats why i stopped ftp loading.....get a few like that loading via web but normally work when i re upload. Currently seem to be "losing" my files for review...they told me to reload...not happy

Solved, with chrome navigator is OK, the error was with Microsoft edge

I am also facing same issues with ftp and web
but I could not understand what solution you found.
