Is anyone else experiencing abnormal vector illustration processing time. I uploaded more than one hour ago three new vector and they appear nowhere. I retried to upload the same and I got a file name error because the same vector title previously uploaded is processing.

Same here. I uploaded some images in the last four hours but they show nowhere in Shutterstock. Tried uploading second time without success. Will try later on to see what happens.

Its a recent problem SS claim they are working to resolve it.

Its the same for photos they are taking 12 hours just to show up in the submission tab

I’ve seen Facebook posts from them over the last few days claiming that they’re working on fixing the site...so the buyer side is affected as well.

Thanks for info! Yes, yesterday my images upload disappeared. Today upload is OK, also processing time.
But I don't know what is happening today.. today I have no sale. Very unusual...
