Strangely I have had no EL's in may (yes, which is unusual for me). Just wondering if anyone else experiencing the same? Interested to see if these "other" downloads may in some way be impacting EL's. Thanks.

2 for me.  They have been more frequent in recent months but I'm not too concerned by one slow month.  It could be the usual ebb and flow.

1 so far, after getting up to 3/day in March and April. But ODs are well above previous record, so no real harm here. Still heading for a 2nd BME in if ELs will start rolling in like they used to in Mar and Apr, it's going to be a huge BME. All around this month is poor regarding ELs for me.

3 here and 3 of those 18$ sales.

I've had ZERO when I usually have many, like up to 10. ODs also down. Earnings off by about 50%. Subs strong but after months of soaring income this sudden drop is distressing.

I know, I normally have around 25 in a month but this month its pretty bad, only 23. Dont know what the world is coming to? the end is nigh.

yup there is less ELs in May than in April. I think it's just seasonal, sales are somewhat slowing down across all agencies.

Glad you're doing well, but when earnings suddenly drop by several hundred dollars it is personally concerning. No need to be snarky.

Since I've enough regular sales on SS, I've notice that sub sales increased in last 3 months, but OD's decreased more than 50% in same period. That means , so far, 3 months without  any EL. The reason behind could be the type of images ( non-life-style, people and few about business ) I've, that don't sell enough to hit EL's so regularly.

Yes, ELs are WAY down.

This is not a seasonal variation.  I do a large volume of all types of downloads at SS, so it is clear that there is something going on.

For each month of this year from Jan to April, I had around 20-30 ELs.  So far in May, I have one.  (I do have a bunch of those $18 downloads, so that's a welcome sign.)

Actually this question goes back to one I raised many times since I noticed a big wave of ELs start in September.  Prior to Sept 2011, I would see just a few ELs a month, then like a faucet turning on, the ELs started pouring in.  They held pretty steady until this month, when the faucet was turned off.   Very, very strange.

No complaints here, BME, usual amount of EL's and one big SOD ($75)
All sites are picking up for me. I sure took the worst time to start in this business (may last year) so I consider this a boost to keep me going.

Have a good weekend all!

I do remember that.  Do you suppose it is connected to a marketing plan?  Specials?

usually I get 1/month at SS but last month 4 (diferent buyers) and this month 2 (also different buyers)

I am close to a BME in terms of downloads/earnings at SS and not much upload lately

4 ELs here, but they come garnished with 3 video sales and a couple of $75 single downloads.

None for me this month either...then again my port is mainly illustrations so I try not to expect them to happen.

My ODs are way up over last month like doubled plus some this month.  Had 2 regular SODs and one $15 one.  Not a terribly bad month on my end.

Hah...just got one, and an SOD as well...those have also dropped off this month, sadly.  But maybe things are turning around. I'd love it if sales were lost on a server somewhere and suddenly popped up...I just can't imagine such a drastic change in sales is not due to a hiccup.

No may ELs for me either. In fact sales other than regular subs are down a bit. (or maybe it is back to normal after the boost starting last fall).

Maybe if I complain I'll get some ELs or higher return single sales.

I had none and very few OD's until this last week...finally got 2 EL's and a fair amount of OD's.  I will be off this month on SS by $75 and May will not be a great month nor a disaster.

No EL's and income way down.  Istock will beat SS this month.  First time in a long time.

All categories of sales are way down for me.  May has been on par with December and January, and I've experienced a 40% drop in earnings from last month.  That's not normal ebb and flow, at least not from my experience.  I've never seen anything like it at SS.
