Hot topic on SS now is the new dimensions for EPS files, and reading the SS Forum post I see that some people is claming about the metadata on jpg files is not possible anymore with those new changes, so my question is:

IT WAS POSSIBLE TO PUT METADATA ON .JPG FILES AND THEN UPLOAD TO THE SITE??  :o :o :o

That's so new for me!

Of course this will be no possbile anymore but i want to know how it works, you put the metadata on .jpg file and then the file automatically is sended to the system at the moment you upload it??

(As SS suports comment on forum this will be posbile by using CSV files)

It is still possible (until april 8th on shutterstock and on other sites). You fill in the title/description and keywords in the JPG file and then after uploading that information automatically fills in on the site. I only do this once, and then upload to several websites. Now you can understand better our frustration about this change (=extra work to put the metadata somewhere else only for shutterstock).

Zsooofija, thank you so much for your reply.

Just an extra question (clarification), when you upload the .jpg with metadata, you can see the file in the "sending image/dashboard" interface with the title and keywords filled, or it is automatically sended inmediatly you upload it??

You can see the file and the metadata after you upload, you can also edit it, and after you can submit for review. I hope that was the question.
